This is the second of three unique capsule collections facilitated by MADE and Mastercard to bring together women designers and artists. The collaboration between Lyz Olko and Lot, Stock and Barrel shows themes of nature, hope and faith through the fabrics and imagery used. The collection is devised of images of trinkets and fallen or tossed-away objects, finding new use for their imperfection. The collection is inspired by the ninth hour after dawn and the many symbolic meanings attached to the number. The event was open to the public and included open bars for wine and cocktails, games, and additional treats and eats including oysters on the half shell with caviar in place on mignonette (genius!), and some absolutely divine little cups of vanilla gelato drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt.
